Who we are

Hendricks Collective ("we", "us") operates hendrickscollective.com, operated by Ian Hendricks, based in Bangkok, Thailand and London, UK. Contact: info@hendrickscollective.com.

What we collect

General enquiries: if you email us, we receive whatever you include — typically your name, email, and message.

Client / Portfolio access requests: your name, email, and which area you're requesting.

Access codes we issue: a code linked to your email, the area it unlocks, issue date, expiry date (7 days), and revocation status.

Access logs: timestamp, approximate location and device/browser type, which pages were viewed when a code is checked.

Site analytics: via Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless tool that records aggregate visitor behaviour (pages viewed, approximate location, device type) without identifying you individually. No cookie is set for this and no consent is required.

Why we collect it

To respond to enquiries; to provide agreed access to confidential project materials; to keep protected areas secure, including detecting and revoking misused access codes; and to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used.

How long we keep it

Access codes expire automatically after 7 days. Access logs and expired codes are retained for up to 12 months for security review, then deleted. Analytics data (Cloudflare Web Analytics) is aggregate and anonymous; Cloudflare's standard retention applies.

Who we share it with

Cloudflare — DNS, hosting, content delivery, access-code validation, and site analytics. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else without consent, unless required by law.

Your rights

Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your data, and to object to how we use it. Contact info@hendrickscollective.com to exercise these rights.

Cookies & local storage

This site uses essential local storage to keep you logged into password-protected areas — necessary for the service you've requested. Site analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) is cookieless and does not identify you individually.
